Staff is great...room is clean...bed is comfortable...I have stayed here alot. Weeks at a time. they have a mandatory cleaning of your room every 3 days other than that they don't bother you. I have read other reviews that say the place is run down. You want better pay more elsewhere..Good place at a good value..PPeople review about the train and traffic noise..You will have that aat any motel on Route 66.

Great location, cute rustic Flagstaff charm. Best park...I forgot to take my Credit Card out of the machine for the deposit and 4 hours later when we got back from dinner the man at the front desk ran up to me and made sure I got it back. THAT is what makes a good motel. Great customer service. I will be back.

Walkable to a bunch of food and spots. Parking was available when we got there. Room was cheap and available, had everything we needed, bed, tv, bathroom.

Loved the location. It was super close to downtown. The rooms were clean. At first I was worried we would hear the traffic but it wasn’t a problem.

The location was excellent. The staff were very helpful and arranged taxi to the airport. It is old style but had everything you needed. Lots of hot water, great heater and big TV in the room. The staff were helpful at the desk. I'd recommend it for location and reasonably priced.

the location was superb as it was centrally located, so was able to venture without always needing to use my vehicle.

Convenient to the train and town and the staff was very nice. It was also quite clean so I’m not sure why there were all those bad reviews.
